1. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are accepted or dispatched by Rithis Enterprises.
  • Due to the bulky nature of certain products and associated shipping costs, cancellations after order confirmation are not permitted.
  • In exceptional cases, post-shipment cancellations may be considered. Refunds in such cases will be processed after deducting shipping, handling, and reverse logistics costs.
  • Custom-ordered products cannot be canceled.
  • On cancellations, refund will be credited into your original payment method within 10 days

2. Returns & Replacements

At Rithis Enterprises, we understand the importance of selecting the right product for your home or project. We accept replacement requests for delivered products under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The product package is missing parts or accessories.
  • The product is significantly different from its description on our website.

All return requests will be reviewed and approved by our team before processing. If eligible, we will provide a replacement. If an identical replacement is unavailable, we may recommend a similar product or issue a refund of the invoice amount. Orders can be returned within 7 days of receiving. replacement orders will be delivered within 15 business days

In certain cases, other returns may be considered, subject to applicable reverse logistics costs.


3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must:

  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Be in unused and undamaged condition.
  • Not be installed, altered, or marked in any way.

Custom-made products cannot be returned.

For branded products, the brand’s policies will apply for repairs, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations. Any deviations in product performance from the description will be assessed by the respective brand, and resolutions will be provided in line with their return or warranty policies.


4. Warranty & Service Support

  • Many products sold by Rithis Enterprises come with manufacturer warranties.
  • For defects or performance-related issues, a brand technician will assess and resolve the problem.
  • Repair or replacement decisions will be made as per the brand’s warranty policies.

Rithis Enterprises does not control brand policies or resolution timelines.
